Hope Scholars Initiative serves as lead developer with the Director of Transition Services and Programming  of the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services’ Statewide Music Studio Plan. Overseeing a multi year program design and implementation across 10 studio sites at youth correction facilities. HSI co developed a Summer Cohort where youth build skills in songwriting, recording, engineering, and healthy artistic expression - with 88% of participants sharing that they believe rap can be a method of healing.
