Hope Scholars Initiative integrates mentoring into every aspect of its programming by usingthe Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring (EEPM), the nationally recognized standard for high-quality mentoring. All Hope Scholars staff are highly trained mentors who embed mentoring practices into their work to build meaningful and supportive relationships with young people.
