hsi network advisory

The Hope Scholars Initiative Network Advisory Program connects scholars with experienced professionals across music, media, and the creative economy. Advisors support scholars by sharing insight, offering feedback, and helping them think strategically about their creative paths.

This program is designed to provide guidance—not management—so scholars can build confidence, skills, and long-term vision.

What Advisors Provide

  • Real-world experience and industry perspective

  • Thoughtful feedback on creative and professional goals

  • Guidance on next steps, planning, and decision-making

Advisors serve as mentors and sounding boards—not as managers, agents, or employers.

  • Sustainable volunteer engagement

  • A focus on learning and development

If a scholar ever feels unsure or needs support, HSI staff are always available.

Our approach

The Network Advisory Program is built on:

  • Access over gatekeeping
